The orders in our store are available in the whole country. It you are in the other countries, you must pay attention to this point. We hope to expand our shipping availability in the near future.

It should be noted that the prices displayed on the details page of all products on our website include taxes, so what you see is the actual price you need to pay.

Shipping time:

Orders are fulfilled during our studio hours Monday through Friday. Once your order is in transit tracking is sent via email.

Order processing usually takes 2-4 business days.

Shipments are in transit for 7-20 days（Royal Mail (10-15 Days)）

Shipping and Fulfilment:

All orders will be shipped to one address. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you must pay separately.

We ship orders through USPS. Options at checkout are based on order value. All orders ship with tracking and insurance. For additional shipping arrangements we recommend reaching out to our service team.

Cancel the orders:

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at contact us page. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
